hey all of you.
yesterday i cleaned my room for the satisfaction of knowing that there is in fact not a nest of spiders under my bed. phew. but now under my bed is clean, my drawers are cleaned out, and there is practically nothing in my room anymore. and i know that when i move out, i can just tape my drawers shut, pack up my closet and books and leave. but that won't be for another couple of years.
i already knew that i was going to university, but yesterday while cleaning it sunk in. maybe it's because i got rid of the junk that would make it hard to pack. maybe not. but it's sinking in slowly that i need to work extremely hard these next few years. and i'm ready for it. it's scary, it's not what i'm used to, but i'll do it, man.
